Winter Garden
A city which is a favorite of families, it has fantastic schools, numerous sub-communities, some with large-scale residences and many areas that are in full development and in which residential projects will also be built. Winter Garden has an excellent location with fantastic access to the Walt Disney World parks.
Davenport
It is a city that was well known as a vacation homes spot and only a few years ago, became an excellent choice for local residents. Its location in Polk County, near the Walt Disney World parks is great for people that would like to be between Orlando and Tampa. Its prices are one of its great attractions, and there you can find numerous housing options from apartments, townhomes to individual homes.
ChampionsGate
With a very well known name in the vacation industry, ChampionsGate is also a residential community. Buyers fall in love with its properties, its amenities and its fantastic location, just 12 minutes from the entrance of Walt Disney World.
